Role OverviewDeliver effective, efficient, and timely delivery of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. Travel to customer sites to maintain commercial properties. Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
What You Will Do
Complete preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as necessary. Utilize technology to access and complete work orders, create service reports, and submit timesheets.

Requirements
- HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience
- Two to Five years mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
