Role OverviewThe Director, Commercial Finance will serve as the finance partner to the Global Commercial Leader for the Genetic Sciences Division. This role will provide strategic financial leadership across the global commercial organization, partnering closely with sales, regional, business unit, and functional leaders to drive growth, improve commercial execution, and optimize Go-To-Market strategy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required
- Progressive finance leadership experience supporting commercial, sales, regional, or business unit organizations in a complex global environment
- Proven ability to partner with senior commercial leaders, influence decisions, and translate data into clear business actions
- Experience leading and developing global finance teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect sales activity, Go-To-Market strategy, commercial execution, and financial outcomes
- Digital mindset with a willingness to embrace technology, analytics, and process improvement to increase the speed, quality, and impact of finance partnership
- Strategic and commercially minded finance leader with strong financial discipline, enterprise thinking, sound judgment, and a bias for action
