Role OverviewThe Commercial Finance Manager is a strategic business partner who bridges the gap between raw financial data and commercial operations. They drive revenue growth, manage pricing and profitability, and evaluate financial risks alongside sales and marketing leaders to maximize overall corporate profit.
What You Will Do
Manage sales incentive programs, deliver timely and accurate reporting, ensure timely and accurate calculation and communication of incentive payouts, and champion data integrity, automation, and continuous improvement in reporting processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- +6 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
- Extensive experience in Sales Incentive Programs and establishing KPI’s
- Proficiency and ability to fast-learn reporting systems and tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP/BI platforms are a +)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
