What You Will Do
Lead a team of four Commercial Finance Analysts, own budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, and variance analysis for an operational portfolio, and partner with Operations and Sales leaders to identify performance drivers and deliver practical improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven, direct people-management experience, including coaching, developing, and performance-managing finance professionals.
- Experience in a complex operational, service, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, industrial, or multi-site environment.
- Strong commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business-partnering experience, including forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, and P&L ownership.
- The ability to partner effectively with senior non-finance leaders and constructively challenge decisions.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into practical, action-oriented recommendations.
- A hands-on leadership style, comfortable balancing strategic priorities, team leadership, and detailed analysis.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
