Role OverviewThe Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the overall success, quality, execution, and profitability of commercial flooring projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position requires strong initiative, sound decision-making, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects while building lasting relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and installation teams.
What You Will Do
Support sales staff and administrators, actively monitor new job pipeline, review/approve Materials Specifications, create and maintain project schedules, attend project meetings, review pick tickets and materials, schedule dumpster deliveries/pick-ups, inspect materials upon delivery, manage and work closely with sub-contractors, visit job sites to maintain job-site conditions, manage material, and inspect the quality and accuracy of work being performed.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Commercial flooring experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from award through closeout while maintaining schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client satisfaction
- Proficient in reviewing, interpreting, and applying construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Experience coordinating with general contractors, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams
