Role OverviewSchwickert's Tecta America seeks a motivated and professional Commercial HVAC-R Service Lead to launch and grow their HVAC Service presence in the Lawrence, KS area. This role requires a strong desire for career growth and leadership responsibility.
What You Will Do
Perform commercial HVAC-R service, maintenance, and repairs independently. Sell and manage Planned Service Agreements with commercial customers. Manage all service administration tasks, communicate with internal teams, and provide timely feedback to customers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Successful candidates will be eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus and starting pay ranges from $38-$50 per hour. The role requires 3-5 years of commercial HVAC-R service experience and a proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial HVAC-R service experience
- Installation experience (preferred but not required)
- EPA Certification (required)
- Additional certifications (a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
