Role Overview

Join HTS Engineering Ltd. as a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to grow our service business by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts throughout the Austin market. This position focuses on selling preventative maintenance agreements, HVAC service solutions, equipment upgrades, retrofit projects, and energy-saving solutions to commercial building owners, property managers, facility managers, schools, healthcare facilities, industrial customers, and contractors.

What You Will Do

Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building. Sell preventative maintenance agreements, repair services, equipment replacements, retrofits, and indoor air quality solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, contractors, engineers, and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service sales, mechanical services sales, or a related B2B sales role
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the local market
