Role Overview

The Commercial HVAC technician must be experienced in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. Qualified technicians must have Commercial HVAC Technician Service experience as well as an EPA certification. The position is full-time and offers many great benefits and room for growth within the organization.

What You Will Do

Perform routine repairs to pump seals, bearing, etc. Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions. Determine customer concerns with HVAC and boiler systems.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components with built up systems and package units, which may include chiller air handler pump towers, cooling towers, control systems, boilers, and air handling systems. Demonstrated refrigeration and controls experience. Ability to work as part of a team with a strong sense of teamwork.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
  • Universally EPA Certified
  • Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components with built up systems and package units
  • Demonstrated refrigeration and controls experience
  • Ability to read electronic schematics
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds
  • High School diploma/GED required + equivalent work experience
