Role OverviewThe Commercial HVAC technician must be experienced in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. Qualified technicians must have Commercial HVAC Technician Service experience as well as an EPA certification.
What You Will Do
Perform routine repairs, inspect and test systems, determine customer concerns, follow safety procedures, record and report faults, adjust system controls, recommend and perform maintenance procedures, install auxiliary components, study blueprints, fabricate and assemble duct work, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
- Universally EPA Certified
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components with built up systems and package units
- Demonstrated refrigeration and controls experience
- Ability to work as part of a team with a strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to read electronic schematics
- Ability to lift 70 pounds
- High School diploma/GED required + equivalent work experience
