What You Will Do
Design realistic scenarios involving exposure identification, coverage recommendations, submissions, marketing, placement, renewals, and client servicing. Create work products such as coverage comparisons, renewal strategies, proposal analyses, exposure summaries, and client recommendations. Write 'golden' reference responses at experienced broker and risk-advisor quality and grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics.

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in commercial insurance brokerage, risk advisory, placement, production, or account management
- Experience working directly with commercial clients in at least one segment, such as small business, middle market, large/national accounts, or specialty risks
- Understanding of submissions, quotes, binders, policy comparisons, coverage gaps, renewals, and broker-carrier-client communications
- Ability to distinguish a broker's advisory obligations from a carrier's underwriting and claims responsibilities
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Comfort explaining insurance concepts and recommendations in clear, practical language
