Role OverviewThe Senior Service Technician is a highly skilled field professional responsible for advanced diagnostics, complex repairs and commissioning of commercial kitchen equipment. This role serves as a technical escalation point within the region and supports TriMark’s most critical and high-volume customer accounts.
What You Will Do
Diagnose and repair gas and electric cooking equipment, conduct root cause analysis, provide technical leadership and mentorship to other technicians, and develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for full kitchen systems.

This role requires 3+ years of commercial kitchen equipment service experience, strong knowledge of gas systems, electrical diagnostics, and refrigeration cycles, and EPA Universal Certification or Type II.
