Commercial Landscape Sales Representative

The CLS Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth for designated Commercial Landscape Services markets through effective sales strategies and client presentations. This role involves generating and managing client pipelines, conducting market research, developing competitive proposals, collaborating with senior management to create business development plans, and ensuring accurate reporting and performance tracking to support decision-making.

What You Will Do

Drive revenue growth for Commercial Landscape Services by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. Generate and manage a robust pipeline of clients in target markets through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Associate’s degree with one year of outside sales experience building relationships and expanding a client database
• High school diploma or equivalent with two year’s of outside sales experience building relationships and expanding a client database
• Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties
• Driver’s license
