Job Description
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Lending Specialist II to support a high-volume commercial real estate portfolio. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of CRE loans — from approval through closing and into servicing — working closely with Relationship Managers, attorneys, operations, and clients to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely deal execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Lending Assistant, Loan Processor, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and/or C&I loan documentation
  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines in deadline-driven environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, core banking systems, and nCino preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Confident enforcing policies and maintaining compliance standards
