Job Description

This role involves driving new business growth, managing and renewing an established book of business, and developing long-term client relationships. You will proactively generate new business leads, schedule appointments, and deliver tailored commercial insurance solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements

Proactively generate and develop new business leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions
Prepare and present insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and consistently close new business
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing follow-up and account support as needed
Establish and grow referral and networking partnerships with small business owners and professional partners
Collaborate with the agency to develop, execute, and achieve marketing and production goals
Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a consistent, results-driven commitment to daily success
