Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and retain a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while delivering exceptional service and support. This role is responsible for overseeing client relationships, supporting renewals and remarketing efforts, managing policy servicing activities, and collaborating with Producers to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage solutions.

What You Will Do

Deliver responsive, high-quality service while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, Producers, carrier partners, and internal team members. Proactively service commercial accounts by addressing client concerns, responding to requests, and providing consultative support in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Minimum of 7 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or team development experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and experience supporting complex commercial accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to identify coverage gaps and provide strategic risk management recommendations to clients
  • Experience working with agency management systems, carrier portals, and commercial insurance technology platforms
  • Insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, CRM, or similar professional certifications
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership mindset with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field
