Commercial Lines Account Manager – Property & Casualty
Location: Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do / Your Impact

Client Partnership & Risk Strategy

  • Provide day‑to‑day servicing for assigned commercial client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships through proactive communication
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to internal and external clients

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate with the Commercial Sales team to service commercial accounts, including:
    • New business placement
    • Renewals
    • Endorsements
    • Cancellations
    • Audits
    • Billing and financing
    • Certificates, schedules of insurance, EPI, and auto ID cards
    • Payments and customer inquiries
  • Address client concerns promptly and involve appropriate internal partners as needed
  • Notify leadership of significant issues and actions taken to resolve them
  • Ensure all work complies with insurance laws, company policies, and established procedures

Strategic Contribution

  • Support retention and account stability through accurate execution and responsive service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account handling and client satisfaction

 


QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of industry‑related insurance experience
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance practices and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred

  • Commercial Lines experience
  • Experience working in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation:
Hourly range: $28 – $43 per hour

Licensure & Certifications (If Applicable)

  • Ability to obtain required licensure within agreed upon timeline after hire.
