Commercial Lines Account Manager – Property & Casualty
Location: Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client Partnership & Risk Strategy
- Provide day‑to‑day servicing for assigned commercial client accounts
- Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships through proactive communication
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to internal and external clients
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate with the Commercial Sales team to service commercial accounts, including:
- New business placement
- Renewals
- Endorsements
- Cancellations
- Audits
- Billing and financing
- Certificates, schedules of insurance, EPI, and auto ID cards
- Payments and customer inquiries
- Address client concerns promptly and involve appropriate internal partners as needed
- Notify leadership of significant issues and actions taken to resolve them
- Ensure all work complies with insurance laws, company policies, and established procedures
Strategic Contribution
- Support retention and account stability through accurate execution and responsive service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account handling and client satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industry‑related insurance experience
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance practices and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Preferred
- Commercial Lines experience
- Experience working in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:
Hourly range: $28 – $43 per hour

Licensure & Certifications (If Applicable)

Ability to obtain required licensure within agreed upon timeline after hire.
