RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures while delivering high-quality, client-focused service tailored to individual needs.

  • Maintain accurate client data in the agency management system and respond promptly to client, producer, and underwriter inquiries.

  • Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, claims, audits, billing issues, and coverage concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Prepare and explain insurance quotes, proofs of insurance, and finance agreements; recommend coverage options to clients and prospects.

  • Negotiate with carriers to secure optimal coverage and premium combinations; gather data for new and renewal accounts.

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities, stay current on industry trends and product offerings, and attend agency trainings and meetings.

  • Provide team support as needed, comply with legal and organizational policies, and report relevant information to supervisors in accordance with agency standards.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have or obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 6 months of hire.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical, math, and reading comprehension skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively.

  • Skilled in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and composure.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related computer software.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of related experience preferred.

Hourly range is $23 to $33 per hour.
