Kaplansky Insurance, an Alera Group Company, is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Worcester, MA team!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional service and support for commercial lines insurance clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns.
- Advise clients on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management; provide clear recommendations and manage premium collections.
- Manage and maintain client accounts using Applied Epic, including documentation, policy updates, and proactive follow-up communication.
- Identify opportunities to round out accounts and cross-sell additional coverage to maximize value and earn commissions.
- Respond promptly to client and carrier requests, maintaining compliance and minimizing E&O risk.
This is a full-time, in-office position with office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. We are open to working out a hybrid schedule after training. We will consider fully remote candidates in MA with the right experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years’ of Commercial Lines experience.
- Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for building strong client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in insurance agency management software, insurance rating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Applied Epic experience is a plus!
