Job Description
World Insurance Associates is seeking a Commercial Lines Broking Consultant to provide expert advice to clients and analyze their insurance needs, recommending suitable coverage options. The role involves broking all lines of property & casualty insurance to increase market share in commercial businesses and organizations.
Requirements
Perform the services of a Property and Casualty Insurance Broker for all lines of coverage
Advise and execute on the placement strategy of new and renewal P&C programs on behalf of existing and new clients
Analyze and review insurance programs for clients to determine optimum program
Help with the development of new and innovative solutions for the Commercial Lines Practice
Develop, maintain, and expand strong, collaborative relationships with Trading Partners
Aid in the development of Broking Associates and Specialists on the team, provide mentorship and guidance
Execute corporate Trading Partner strategy and influence other team members to do same
Possess knowledge of Benchmarking and Loss Analysis
