Job Description
NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Consultant/Sr. Consultant/Sr. AE to join their Alterity Group. The role will involve performing consulting work, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior peers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of P&C-related experience and a property & casualty license.

Requirements

  • Four-year College or University Degree
  • 8+ years of P&C-related experience
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages
  • Experience with EPIC CRM or other CRM software
  • Ability to communicate knowledge clearly to clients and underwriters
  • Strong technical and financial acumen
  • Strong writing and reporting skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Professional gravitas and strong negotiating skills
