Job Description
Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Naperville, IL. This role involves customer service duties for Commercial Lines customer accounts and transactions, in support of the production of business.
Requirements
Must be a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent
Comprehensive knowledge of all commercial lines insurance coverages and forms
Ability to create and enhance business relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to problem solve and meet deadlines
