Role Overview

Join a leading global law firm's Global Commercial Disputes Group in Dallas as a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level associate with 3–5 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with attorneys across the firm while taking meaningful responsibility for active matters, client relationships, and litigation strategy.

What You Will Do

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously, and take ownership of assigned matters while ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • 3–5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration
  • Experience managing multiple litigation matters simultaneously
  • Deposition and courtroom experience required
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent organizational and case management abilities
  • Active Texas Bar admission required
