An established and growing law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed in good standing to practice law in Florida
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial litigation
  • Excellent drafting, writing, and research skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to manage cases independently and go to trial
