An established and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of experience to join their team, handling commercial cases in state and federal court, and representing clients in all aspects of a case.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed in good standing to practice law in Florida.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial litigation.
  • Excellent drafting, writing, and research skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability and confidence to manage cases independently and go to trial.
