Job Description
An established boutique law firm is looking for an attorney with 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience to work on complex commercial litigation cases representing clients in both state and federal courts.

Requirements

  • Efficiently and competently research complicated legal issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
  • Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking depositions
  • Argue at hearings, and assist in trials
  • Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
