Role OverviewAn established and growing law firm seeks a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both plaintiff and defense work, depending on the caseload.
What You Will Do
Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court, conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and represent clients in all aspects of a case.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in Florida
