Role OverviewAn established boutique law firm is looking for an attorney with 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience to work on complex commercial litigation cases.
What You Will Do
Efficiently and competently research complicated legal issues, draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, handle all aspects of discovery, argue at hearings, and assist in trials.

Candidates should be prepared to work as part of a team on complex litigation matters at all stages of litigation, up to and including trial work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced law firm is required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience at a large firm or sophisticated boutique
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed in Florida
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced law firm
- Experience in federal court
- Spanish fluency
