What You Will Do
Handle all phases of commercial and construction-related litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Represent owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals in complex disputes.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 2 to 7 years of litigation experience, with exposure to construction law or complex commercial disputes preferred
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional maturity, sound judgment, and commitment to client service
