Job Description
Cole Scott & Kissane seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law. Responsibilities include practicing commercial litigation, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and providing exemplary legal counsel to clients.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
  • Must have 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
