What You Will Do
Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout litigation proceedings.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania law license
- 8+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience independently managing complex litigation matters
- First-chair trial experience strongly preferred
- Appellate litigation experience highly desirable
- Exposure to tort litigation matters
- Experience leading and supervising litigation teams
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Exceptional legal writing, research, advocacy, and analytical abilities
- Strong academic credentials
