Job Description
Assist in all phases of the Commercial Loan Department, prepare and input commercial loan documents, review loan documents for accuracy and compliance, and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Prepare and input commercial loan documents
  • Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Research governmental and public records
  • Accurately record and file liens, titles, and UCC Statements
  • Process paid-off commercial loans, release appropriate liens, and disburse final documents to clients
