To assist in all phases of the Commercial Loan Department, including support for Commercial Lenders, Special Accounts Manager, Portfolio Managers, and branches.

Requirements

  • Prepare and input commercial loan documents
  • Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Review outside supporting documentation
  • Research governmental and public records
  • Review executed loan documents for accuracy
  • Accurately record and file liens, titles, and UCC Statements
  • Process paid-off commercial loans and release liens
  • Organize loan files and forward to Loan Servicing
  • Complete all mandatory and elective training
