Commercial Loan Operations Specialist

Join our team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional commercial lending support from approval through closing and funding. This position serves as a key partner to lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure commercial loan transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Loan Coordination: Input and maintain loan data in the bank’s loan origination and documentation systems, including Baker Hill or other applicable platforms. Order, collect, and review required third-party due diligence items, including appraisals, property tax bills, title insurance, flood determinations and coverage, UCC searches and filings, environmental reports, equipment appraisals, and motor vehicle filings as applicable. Prepare and review settlement statements, payoff information, wire and disbursement details, and pre-close review items to ensure files are complete and accurate before closing.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Two (2) years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of the Associate’s degree.
• Two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Two (2) years of experience working in loan processing.
