Role Overview

The Commercial Loan Processor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional commercial lending support from approval through closing and funding. This position serves as a key partner to lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure commercial loan transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

The Commercial Loan Processor will input and maintain loan data, order and collect due diligence items, obtain and verify supporting documentation, prepare and review settlement statements, and coordinate closings with internal stakeholders and external parties.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
  • Two (2) years of directly related experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Two (2) years of experience working in loan processing
