Role OverviewWe are looking for a Commercial Maintenance Technician I to perform general repairs and maintenance on our commercial kitchen facilities. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment, with support from experienced teams when needed. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience and basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
What You Will Do
As a Commercial Maintenance Technician I, you will perform general repairs across multiple sites, including drywall, patching, and painting, tiling and basic masonry, shelving and equipment installation, floor repairs and upkeep, and exterior maintenance. You will also conduct routine maintenance on building systems, identify issues early, and prevent costly breakdowns.
