Job Description
Performing preventative maintenance and repairs, minor plumbing and electrical work, and general maintenance tasks to maintain facilities in like new condition. Utilizing technology to access and complete work orders, submit reports, and communicate with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), or Specialty Floor Care
  • Ability to obtain necessary materials and supplies
  • Timely and consistent communication with customers and internal support teams
