Specific duties include contract management, risk management, document control, dispute resolution, project accounting, and scheduling. The Commercial Management Coordinator will assist in monitoring compliance, preparing subcontracts, processing contract change orders, and verifying compliance.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Architecture/ Engineering, Design-Build, P3, project management, or project controls environment
- Entry level positions are possible with a bachelor's degree in architecture, business, law or equivalent
- Ability to work well in a high performing team structure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter; good communication and people skills
