Job Description
Brex is seeking a Commercial Marketing Lead to craft the company's story for small to medium sized businesses. This role involves marketing, strategy, and executing campaigns to acquire and grow customers, focusing on how Brex products help them scale. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Design teams to drive growth and maintain brand alignment.

Requirements

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Develop full-funnel marketing campaigns and sales plays.
  • Communicate and evangelize the product roadmap.
  • Create sales and marketing assets.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure narrative and GTM alignment.
  • Define and report on key success metrics.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for productivity and content creation
  • 10+ years in product marketing and GTM at a B2B SaaS company
  • 5+ years leading teams and/or cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Deep empathy for small-to-medium sized businesses
  • Proven track record of translating features into customer-centric narratives.
