As a Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, growing, and servicing a diverse commercial portfolio. This position is intended for a relationship-focused banker who can leverage existing business relationships and market presence to drive new commercial opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field of study.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relatable experience in commercial banking or business lending with verifiable success.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing a commercial portfolio, including an established book of business, strong referral network, and proven ability to generate new commercial relationships.
- Experience independently developing commercial opportunities, structuring credit solutions, and managing complex client relationships.
- Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics and business needs.
- Proficiency in banking software and CRM systems.
