Role OverviewThe Commercial Operations Analyst serves as the Company's subject matter expert for CRM governance, recommending system enhancements and process changes to improve commercial performance. This role partners with executive leadership to shape commercial reporting strategy and drives cross-functional initiatives that strengthen data quality and decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do
Evaluate business processes, recommend workflow improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide visibility into commercial performance for leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM administration, business analysis, or commercial operations
- Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) including governance, configuration, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and reporting solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to executive leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
