Commercial Operations Specialist

The Commercial Operations Specialist supports the Commercial organization by providing sales reporting, CRM administration, business analytics, and operational support to drive informed decision-making and revenue growth. This role owns the accuracy, integrity, and delivery of Commercial reporting and data, enabling Commercial Leadership to maximize customer-facing time, improve operational efficiency, and make informed business decisions.

What You Will Do

The incumbent will compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance data, generate reports, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure data integrity and pipeline accuracy. They will also build and optimize advanced Microsoft Excel workbooks, analyze sales performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational workflows.

• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and maintaining accurate sales data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing reports, maintaining data, and supporting business operations.
