Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial tenant improvement projects throughout Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley.
What You Will Do
Manage commercial plumbing projects from estimating and preconstruction through final closeout, oversee project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in commercial plumbing construction
- Experience managing commercial tenant improvements, renovations, or ground-up projects
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction drawings, and specifications
- Experience with estimating, budgeting, job costing, and change order management
- Ability to coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, or similar construction management software preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel between the San Gabriel Valley office and Los Angeles-area jobsites
