Role OverviewResponsible for maintaining both the physical and fiscal aspects of a property or a portfolio of properties with a thorough understanding of real estate fundamentals and business management. Maximizing the value of the property(ies) in accordance with each client's mission, goals, and objectives.
What You Will Do
Maintaining the physical asset, procuring and coordinating employees and contractors, conducting site inspections, making recommendations for physical repairs and replacements, ensuring risk management, and financial reporting and control.
