Role OverviewThe Commercial Product Operations Analyst will own and optimize the long-term evolution of governance and user experience operational workflows to safeguard sustainable business health. They will identify issues and growth opportunities by formulating and applying optimization methods, including researching methods, data modeling and analysis, user feedback review, and stakeholder input review. The Analyst will lead governance and user experience initiatives for e-commerce advertising products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong partnerships and scalable collaboration processes.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will define and execute launch and go-to-market strategies for product implementation and adoption. They will draft product requirement documents and partner with engineering to deliver policy and regulation compliant, data-driven solutions.

Requirements

- Designing and executing multi-stage go-to-market and product testing strategies
- Designing and conducting user testing, surveys, and interviews
- Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product implementation
