Role OverviewThe Commercial Project Manager will work on commercial projects providing materials for multi-family, apartments, schools, senior living facilities, etc. The Commercial Project Manager will be working with the window, stairs, trim, door, frame, and hardware fields.
What You Will Do
Communicate with customers to establish their requirements and goals, build relationships with clients, communicate with leadership and team members on status of projects, and manage project costs, changes, and budgets.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of project management experience or 5+ years in construction management, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite, POS systems, and ordering software and systems.
