Role OverviewThis is a full-time position responsible for directly managing and supervising the commercial property portfolio. The position requires 5-10 years of hands-on and executive level commercial property management experience. The candidate must be able to set and execute measurable business goals and objectives, assure the timely preparation of annual budgets, and recommend capital expenditures.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include directly managing a portion of the commercial property portfolio, supervising commercial property maintenance personnel, preparing and conducting performance evaluations for staff, reviewing and approving commercial property operating statements, and overseeing delinquency collection efforts.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of hands-on and executive level commercial property management experience
- Microsoft Office applications and Yardi Commercial
- Broker's License preferred, but Utah sales agent license required
- Knowledge of Utah laws and regulations that relate to various real estate properties
- Expert knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
- Superb written and verbal skills
