The role involves overseeing the operation of a collection of third-party managed and/or owned properties, maintaining strong tenant relations, and ensuring properties are well maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing property operations, managing staff, maintaining tenant relations, creating and reviewing operating budgets, and performing multi-property site inspections.

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in property management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or a related field
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation
- Excellent organizational, time-management, motivational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems
- Understanding of building structures and required maintenance
- Understanding of financial statements and reports
- Solid understanding of various types of commercial leases and insurance
- Knowledge of lease clauses and their interpretation
- Property Management software experience (Yardi, MRI etc.)
