What You Will Do
Manage daily operations and performance of assigned commercial properties, build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants, coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, vendors, and improvement projects.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in commercial property management, real estate, property administration, or a related support role.

- Understanding of leases, property operations, maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Ability to travel to commercial properties throughout Oahu.
