Role Overview

This position works in conjunction with the Commercial Real Estate Administration team on commercial loan real estate due diligence, including title insurance, hazard/liability insurance, and environmental due diligence.

What You Will Do

Order and review title insurance policies, work with title insurance companies, review environmental reports, order flood determination reports, and conduct post-loan closing hazard insurance reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a B.A or B.S in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field, 3+ years of banking experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
