Job Description
Support commercial real estate loan origination and portfolio management activities across various asset classes, and assist with underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, credit analysis, and transaction execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field
Experience or internship exposure within commercial real estate finance, banking, underwriting, credit analysis, or lending environments
Strong financial analysis and quantitative skillset with the ability to evaluate complex transactions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-facing environment
